spammer removed (was: This site is helpful)

While YahooGroups filters out most of the spam that people try to send 
to this list, if someone goes to the trouble of actually becoming a 
member to bother us they can get a message through.

I have removed refaseara at yahoo.com from the group and from now on won't 
post a notice like this one after removing other spammers in the future.
