I was finally able to download Gordon's Self last night (I had tried
some ten times previously, but never had managed to get more than
2MB. By doing it in two steps I got it: first a brought it to the
local university as
http://www.lsi.usp.br/~jecel/release/Self4Linux-0.1.0.tar.gz
and then I brought it home from there).

I got the same includeDB error Jose got, but then did the "make lists"
and it worked the second time (after I created the "incl" directory).
I didn't see any of the errors Jose got about "cwdROOT".

On the other hand, I was unable to finish compiling due to declaration
problems in "signal.h" (it affects "fprofiler.c", "abort.c" and
"itimer.c") and maybe some others. This is due to my old 2.0.30
kernel, of course, so it doesn't make much sense to worry about this
as I'll have to upgrade sooner or later.
