Hey, theres a lot I am currently learning of the dos and don'ts in ui2 (Like transparency ...^^). I think a wiki is the way to go, is there any chance to get such a thing?^^ The github wiki would propably work for now :)
Cheers Jan
That's a great idea! The Github wiki isn't brilliant but its quite usable and well integrated.
It's at https://github.com/russellallen/self/wiki
Try editing it - you might need a Github login - and let us know how you go. I'm not sure how permissions work on the thing.
Cheers, Russell

It seems to need a Github login. That may not be enough to prevent spam. I suggest trying it, and if it works then great. If it doesn't work because it attracts spam then you're welcome to use my wiki at http://xeny.net, which needs its own password ... which we'd then have to distribute, which would be a hassle, so Github is better if it works.

Yes, let's try Github and see how it travels.
I see your wiki is written in Io - very cool!

Yahoo! Groups Links
Back in 2000, I created a wiki for Self:
http://www.merlintec.com:8080/Self/
It doesn't have much there, and a few years ago some people tried to use it to share pirated MP3 files so I had to add password protection (oddly they never found the other wikis in the same server - the name "self" must have been what attracted them).
