I've made a split copy of the big Self distribution files on self.sunlabs.com, as a couple of people have recently reported problems getting 10+Mb files.

You can get them via http://self.sunlabs.com/release/release.html (the link at the bottom) or ftp://self.sunlabs.com/release/Self-4.0/split/. Each file is ~1Mb; if you experience problems with this, please let me know.
