Hi all

Perhaps this is a good time to mention the book on Prototype-Based Programming, which Springer assures me should be available in the US.

This book has chapters covering concepts, languages (including Self and NewtonScript), research (including the Smalltalk to Self compiler), and a cool foreword (by Dave Ungar) and afterword (by Dave Thomas).
