Unfortunately whatever it was killed the vm. I'm keeping an eye in the logs to see if it comes back. My guess based in the logs is that each PUT request caused a simple error of some sort, so that the process handling that request didn't end but just sat there waiting for someone to debug it. Multiply by many many requests and boom.

Were you able to attach to the debugger on the failed process and see
what happened?
