As I mentioned before I have been thinking about how to make the current VM experience on Macs (with the droplet, complex installer etc) better. <br>

If you download the zip file onto your mac and unzip, you will get an app called "Self".<br>
<br>
Double click it to start, then you can start snapshots either by dragging them onto the icon, or by using the Open file menu or the run snapshot button. <br>
<br>
It should keep track of what snapshots are running.<br>
<br>
Also under the file menu is an option to install the command line vm at /usr/bin/Self You will need your password to do this.<br>
<br>
There are many more possibilities I think with this approach.<br>
<br>
This is experimental code which hasn't been tested outside my laptop, so I'd love feedback from anyone who wants to try it.<br>
