Looks fine.

But there is one thing that I have to criticize:

If you are hosting acdemic papers to a subject, ist is really annoying, 
if you break the links to the papers, because people may  have used your 
page to reference them.

I just finished a term paper about self some days before... and 
yesterday my advisor told me, that most of the pdf-references does not 
work. You can imagine the reason? ;-)
