[self-interest] Improving the Self website

Hi all,
With some minor changes, this is now live at http://www.selflanguage.org
I'll write up how I'm hosting it at some point; in short its running on Self behind nginx on a Linux vm, with the download archive now separately hosted on a Amazon S3 bucket.
This should be fine for the low traffic we get, I'll see how it goes reliability-wise.
