VM manager for OS X - new version

Hi all,

I've made some more changes and a new version, which is at:

http://selflanguage.org/files/releases/4.5/experimental/SelfVM-30Mar12.zip

You can now start an empty VM without a snapshot, then use the Open Terminal button to open the REPL. This way you can build a snapshot from source.

I think this now gets us pretty much all the functionality of the command line version, so unless anyone has any better ideas I'm declaring this the path we'll take for Self 4.5

One question for you all: should we do a similar Self Control app for Linux? And if so, how?
