[self-interest] modules object and categories

The organization reflects the semantics; they share a single name space. A hierarchy, paralleling the file system would be better. It's more than the modules object that is involved: the annotations and their UI, the module dictionary, and the transporter all would need fixing. It would be a great project for someone to tackle. The transporter is a fascinating system, if I do say so myself. There's an OOPSLA paper about it, by me: Transporting Objects to Other Worlds.
