It's been a while since I tried it but you can build a ui1 snapshot
from the CLI. load 'ui1/allUI.self'. Something like:

$ cd objects
$ ../Self
"Self 1" 'ui1/allUI.self' _RunScript.
"Self 2" ui start

You'll need your desktop set to 8-bit display IIRC.
