Thanks for previous info. requests. Am reading through
the Self/Cell stuff. 

Does anyone know if the papers in
'Smalltalk-80:Bits of History, Words of Advice'
[Glen Krasner]

are available on-line ??

Sadly the book seems to be out of print, so any ideas
on where [in London] I could get hold of the book
would be appreciated. [Shame they don't 'open source'
the book once its out of print and let people download
a pdf]
