Requests for mailing list changes

Thanks for pointing this out, Eliot.  Since the "signal-to-noise
ratio" is a little too low right now, I have changed self-interest to
a moderated list so that I can prevent unnecessary messages from going
out to everybody.

As a user of self-interest you shouldn't be affected by this change,
except that your message to self-interest may be delayed for a short
period before reaching everyone else.
