I just tried downloading the file, and it did work for me. But I am also working on a new release, 4.1.2, which will 1. add support for 24-bit X frame buffers (SPARC) 2. fix two bugs on the Mac side, a minor one w.r.t animation, and a more obnoxious one where Self can lock out other Mac apps and other Self threads at times.

Now I just have to find out how to make that silly XDM let me use that mode :-(
I was going to mention the network bug I found a year ago since you are going to recompile the VM anyway, but I have just tested it and it is already fixed in 4.1.1. Thanks!
